We are proud to offer clothing that represents culture and identity and aim to provide a smooth and reliable shopping experience. Please review the information below regarding our shipping and returns process.



Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing & Dispatch

Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 5–7 business days from the date of purchase.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow the progress of your delivery through Australia Post.

Please note that during busy periods, particularly November and December, delivery times may be longer due to increased demand within the postal network.

2. Shipping Costs

We offer flat rate shipping of $11 Australia-wide.

3. Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Customers are responsible for ensuring the shipping address entered at checkout is correct and complete.

If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided and the parcel cannot be delivered, Kooriburra cannot be held responsible for lost items or additional shipping costs, and refunds will not be issued.

Please double-check your details before confirming your order.

4. Change of Mind/ Incorrect size 

Due to being a small business, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind or incorrect sizing

We encourage customers to carefully review sizing, product descriptions, and images before placing an order. If you have questions before purchasing, please contact us and we will happily assist.

5. Delivered but Not Received

Once an order has been shipped, delivery is handled by Australia Post.

If tracking shows the parcel as delivered, Kooriburra cannot accept responsibility for items that are lost, stolen, or missing after delivery.

If this occurs, we recommend contacting Australia Post on 13 76 78 to lodge an enquiry. Australia Post may also be able to provide delivery confirmation photos taken by the driver.

6. Sale Items

Items purchased during sale or promotional events (including Black Friday, End of Financial Year sales, or clearance promotions) are final sale.

Returns or exchanges will not be accepted on sale items unless the item is faulty.

Returns Policy

1. Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

Please include:

Your order number

A description of the issue

Clear photos of the item

Faulty items must be returned in the same condition they were received. Damage caused by wear, misuse, washing, or normal wear and tear will not be considered a manufacturing fault.

Once the item has been returned, received, and inspected, we will arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

3. Condition of Returned Items

Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.

Items that show signs of wear, washing, stains, odours, damage, or alteration will not be accepted for return or exchange.

Kooriburra reserves the right to decline a return or exchange if the item does not meet these conditions.

4. Garment Care

Customers are responsible for following the care instructions provided on the garment label.

Kooriburra cannot accept returns or offer refunds for items that have been damaged, shrunk, stretched, or altered due to incorrect washing, drying, or handling.

5. Return Authorisation

All returns must be requested and approved by Kooriburra before being sent back.

Items returned without prior approval may not be accepted or processed. Customers must contact us within the required timeframe to receive return instructions.
