Do you offer refunds or exchanges for sizing issues?

No. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for incorrect sizing. Please check the sizing information carefully before placing your order. If you’re unsure, feel free to contact us before purchasing.

Do you accept change of mind returns?

No. We do not offer returns or refunds for change of mind. We encourage customers to choose carefully before completing their purchase.

What if my item is faulty or incorrect?

If something isn’t right with your order, please contact us within 7 days of receiving it. Include your order number and photos of the issue, and we’ll sort it out for you as quickly as possible.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Orders are usually packed and sent within 5–7 business days. After that, Australia Post handles delivery, so timing depends on your location.

How much is shipping?

We offer flat rate shipping of $11 Australia-wide.

Can I return sale items?

No. Sale items are final sale and can’t be returned or exchanged unless they are faulty.

Who pays for return shipping?

If a return is approved due to a fault or mistake on our end, we’ll take care of it. Otherwise, customers are responsible for return postage.

What condition do items need to be returned in?

If a return is approved, items must be:

  • Unworn
  • Unwashed
  • With tags still attached
  • In original packaging

Anything showing wear, damage, washing, or alteration won’t be accepted.
